Mental Health in the Torah – Student Rabbi Lev Taylor’s shiur is especially for EHRS’s Mental Health Shabbat. How do the characters in the Torah deal with challenges to their mental health – the stress of Moses’ leadership, the distress of Sarah, the displacement of Joseph and more.
