Haia is an internationally acclaimed musician who has toured worldwide with the Israel Chamber Orchestra. She is a graduate of the Academy of Music at Tel Aviv University.
Her lecture/concert tonight incorporates artistic folk and soul music, the biblical & historical background of the violin including Klezmer & Hassidic music traditions and the Yiddish poetry which extols the violin. Expect poetry, stories and beautiful music performed live. Hosted by Rabbi Mark with refreshments provided.
