Our Young Adults Programme continues with our monthly learning opportunity.
Activities are mostly on Zoom with the occasional in person meet up.

Social Communication Group for Young Adults with Autism

EHRS Members are invited to join a new weekly group for Autistic Young Adults (ages 19-24) with a focus on developing communication skills related to friendships, the workplace and romantic relationships.
Starting this September, likely to be on a Sunday evening or Tuesday morning in Arkley, Shenley or Borehamwood.
It will be run by a neuroinclusion specialist teacher, mentor and assessor with extensive experience supporting autistic children, adolescents and young adults in education, into and in working environments.

Beer & Shiur

Join our monthly Young Adults opportunity to learn together at our Beer and Shiur, occurs on Zoom with the occasional in person meet up.

Cookalongs

Join our monthly Cookalongs where we create delicious treats together with all different types of foods. Occurs on Zoom with the occasional in person meet up.
These cookalongs are open to all.

Join Rabbi Debbie over Zoom to enjoy making an Indonesian staple, Nasi Goreng – a twist on egg fried rice that creates an entire meal from left over rice and veggies/protein, often using up whatever you need!

Join Rabbi Debbie and Bonnie Lemer in the Synagogue kitchen for our annual Honey Cake bake (this year with an apple and honey cake!) for the congregation to enjoy on Rosh Hashanah. As places are limited, booking is required, click here.

As we begin the month of Cheshvan, often known as Mar-Cheshvan or bitter Cheshvan we think about how to take bitter foods and make them sweet! Coffee cake to Citrusy salads, join Rabbi Debbie on Zoom.

Our cookalong will be a special in person interfaith event as part of Mitzvah Day, cooking for our drop in shelter and community care team.
